State vs communities.......a constant trouble for common man

We were sitting around a table discussing the recently "Dharna" at Rawalpindi and highlighting the various aspects of the current political situation.Dharna politics is a bit familiar term for Pakistanis nowadays as we have faced many.Whether they are influenced by political cause or religious cause it seems that this is the only option left. You gather resources and few people, seize the capital and do whatever you want.I still remember the incident of Sikander and his wife when he kept the capital hostile for half a day.Now a question arises that "Is our state so a week to handle such person?".Nobody can imagine such things in western countries. But why here. The answer is yes we as a state are a week. The biggest problem of Pakistan is here communities are stronger and Justice is a missing entity. You can't rely on Police, judiciary etc because at least in your lifetime you are not gonna get justice so this is the only option left for them.We are at a stage where we as the state can't afford such adventures and there is a strong need to develop a mechanism to tackle such situations.
